"On-Line requests" - Please come into the surgery with Photo ID to open an account.

Nice_vlue_pillsPatients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in a number of ways. Please use the tear off strip on the computerised prescription, carefully tick the items required and either drop it in to the surgery or post it to us. If you want us to post it back to you please remember to enclose a stamped addressed envelope.

Alternatively you can arrange with your Pharmacist to organise your repeat prescription for you.

Please note we are unable to accept requests for medication over the telephone.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

EPS - Electronic Prescription Service

The practice is due to go 'live' with EPS in September 15. Please read the attached patient information and if you would like to nominate a preferred pharmacy please contact them directly to arrange this.
