Welcome to Allied Medical Practice

With patient’s needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

Face Coverings

Please make sure you are wearing a face mask or covering prior to entering the building.  We unfortunately cannot provide masks to those who have forgotten to do so.

Notice to patients

This is a gentle reminder to be kind to our practice team.  We too are stressed and uncertain about the weeks and months ahead.  We do understand that everyone's anxiety and worry manifests itself in different ways but we will not tolerate any aggression, anger or abuse and it is unfortunate that we have seen an increase in this kind of behaviour from some of our patients.  We are doing the best we can in incredibly challenging circumstances.

We would also like to update you all on the recent changes:

Dr Mitchell has now retired.

We have also recently recruited a Paramedic (Jamie) who will be carrying out Home visits and treatment room duties and we would like to say "Welcome to the team"

We have a new Practice Nurse joining us in September 2021.

Get Well, Keep Well

Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
